Fond Memories of Ronald Grant "Uncle Ronnie" - Niece. Sharon Tulloch-James

Created by Sharon 4 years ago

My heart is broken yet again, losing one of my favorite uncles, Ronald Grant, respectfully called Uncle Ronnie. I have very fond memories of this lovable, sweet,  and a kind gentleman. A man that I am proud to call my Uncle. Ronald Grant, was a year younger than his sister, Kathleen Grant (My Mom) favorably called, "Kitty" who passed away last May.

As a child, I lived with my grandparents for a while. Upon my uncle's visit with his parents in Jamaica, I always had the pleasure to interact with him while he visits. He would often asked "what time is Kitty coming in ?" I would smile and my response would be soon, Uncle Ronnie. Although, I know she is always late. He would continue by telling me sweet stories about my Mom in her younger days. Which made me laugh hysterically. He had a jovial spirit. Ahh- Ronald Grant is the last of 6 children to be called home.

To all my cousins, and the entire family in the UK. Our deepest condolences from the children, grand-children, great-grand children of Kathleen Grant-Tulloch here in the US and Jamaica.

Uncle Ronnie, you will remain in our hearts forever and will be dearly missed.

May your soul R.I.P.
